What to Expect
When you call/text/email to set up your first service, we will schedule a time to meet for your free consultation (typically, 15-30min). This gives us the opportunity to meet and discuss your pet(s) and so I can get detailed information about caring for them and your home. This could also be the time for me to pick up a copy of a key to your home and the garage access code if applicable. I will also bring a copy of the new client form (see form tab on top right hand side of screen above) and all contracts for you to fill out, or if you wish to print and fill out before my arrival to our consultation. If you are unable to provide a copy of your home key or unable to fill out the forms during or before our consultation, we can arrange for me to pick those up from you at a later time, closer to your first service.
I use an app service called Time to Pet (TTP) for all scheduling, communication and credit card payments. TTP is very user friendly and I would be happy to assist with downloading & setting up the app on your mobile. Through TTP, we can manage your appointments and I can send you visit updates and pictures of your pet while you’re away.
Each walk/visit, you will receive an update on your pet(s). This is just a quick check in to let you know how things went and how your pet is doing while you’re away. If you decided not to receive updates, you will just be alerted through TTP that the visit was completed.
